MANGUM, Okla. (AP) - Greer County prosecutors have charged a 76-year-old Mangum man with first-degree manslaughter in the June death of his wife.
The Lawton Constitution reports (http://bit.ly/uMZFCb) that an arrest warrant has been issued for Sammie Wayne Cates for the death of Alice Cates.
Online court records do not list an attorney for Cates.
Prosecutors allege that Cates injured his wife during a June 1 argument and that those injuries led to her death.
