Investigators: Man, 31, Shot, Killed Man, 29

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police have arrested a man in connection with the shooting death of another man earlier this month at a Southside apartment.
Jacksonville police said 31-year-old Lemmie Hudson shot 29-year-old Herbert Jones after he hit his car.
Police said Jones and his girlfriend were arguing at an apartment complex about who would drive, and Jones smashed a beer bottle into the car, causing his girlfriend to crash into a car belonging to a friend of Hudson.
Hudson came out and got into an altercation with Jones, who punched him, police said.
Hudson then went into his apartment and came back with a gun and shot Jones in the stomach as he was sitting in the car, police said.
Jones later died at a hospital.
