A cable man from Trenton, NJ was indicted for the 2009 shooting and killing of his girlfriend which took place in front of their three children.

Kyle Givens, 34, was charged with murder, one count of possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a prohibited device or hollow point bullets for the July 30, 2009 shooting and death of his girlfriend Cassandra Mitchell.
Givens shot his girlfriend three times in front of their children who were ages 2, 8 and 10. The couple had a rather rocky relationship and Kyle got a restraining order on Cassandra a week before the shooting after she busted the windows out his car.
Kyle, who admitted to the murder, is at the Mercer County jail where he is still lodged on $900,000 bail. SMH
